The camera has folding bellows which allows for variable focus by sliding the bellows along a rack, and to fold the bellows and lens assembly back into the camera body, when not in use. Variable aperture is by iris assembly. Exposure time is 1/25, 1/50 and 1/100 second by iris shutter, plus BRIEF (where the shutter is held open manually). Film recommended is autographic A-116. A small window in the back allows the film to be marked with a stylus to record details of a scene or the autograph of a subject.
